Travail Ventures is a team. Right now, that’s one person. Could be two. Could be ten. Doesn’t change what it is. A team isn’t a headcount — it’s whoever shows up and builds, however many that ends up being. We didn’t plan this. We just kept building.
How we build
No leash, no audience,
no apology.
Built When Needed
Not on a roadmap. Not for a launch date. When something’s missing or broken, it gets built — on whatever timeline that actually takes.
Owned, Not Rented
Every product here runs on infrastructure we control. No platform tax, no permission slip, no one else’s roadmap deciding what’s next.
No Performance
We don’t ship things to be seen. We ship things to work. If you find one of them, good. If you don’t, it’s still running.
